Hybrid tk/Lbist flow

I am using dc testmax for scan insertion but edt, occ and atpg are run using tessent. When i'm running the atpg to generate Logic bist patterns i see one E5 violation.
x propagating to MISR. Its the OCC. how do i fix this?

Review the Tessent ATPG diagnostic logs. Trace the signal path leading to the MISR to locate the source of the X-propagation (e.g., uninitialized memory elements, floating nets, or black boxes).
