HV9980 led driver ic...current limit = ?

Hello,

On page 5 of the HV9980 LED driver ic's datasheet, it appears to say that the current limit threshold is around 730mV.

However, the graphs on page 4 appear to indicate that the current limit threshold is set by the REF1...REF2....REF3 inputs.

Do you know what is the current limit threshold voltage?

Also, what is the max and min duty cycles of the clock that needs to be fed to the HV9980?.....it says min high and low times are 50ns, but does not say how that alludes to the possible duty cycles obtained from the HV9980.
