hi sir, i am unable to download hspice as it is not available. can u give me the link?
i want to do my project in hspice

Hspice is not free.

i want to simulate 3D-IC.
can u suggest me any simulation software ?
is LTspice feasible for this?

No LTspice is not suitable for this purpose.
If you need it for basic simulation then..use this one..its free http://www.monolithic3d.com/simulators1.html
or go for cadence only

@ vicky : thank u. monolithic3d soft. is better for the startup. cadence free version from where can i get ?. its too costly.

Free version is not available ... i couldn't find any one..
Contact your local cadence office. They may provide an evaluation period license.
