Hspice problems in the nanosim simulation

nanosim simulation

hello everyone!
I have a problem in the nanosim simulation with hspice netlist. When i simulate the netlist , it prompt format spice syntax error in the technique file. What can i do?
Is there someone else meet the same probem?
Can somebody help me?

I have a problem in the nanosim simulation. When i simsulate the hspice netlist
in the nanosim , it prompt that the syntax errors. And there is another problem that
it prompt compilation failed.
Can someone help me ?

I just met the same problem and i don't know why,either.
hspice can simulate it successfully,but a lot of syntax errors happen in the spice model file when i use nanosim.

I have found out the reason.
The syntax errors are the bracket and the sign caused by the DOS.
The sign "M" is the end key of the DOS. But it can find it only with "vi" editor.
And the problem caused by bracket is that it should be at end of the sentence not next line.

You can use dos2unix and unix2dos to convert the text format between dos and unix.
