hspice mosfet

Hi,
I am using a mosfet as switch in a boost converter. So i would like to see the voltage and the current of the switch. Although the mosfet is used as a subcircuit and when i put for example
.print i(xmos)
it finds an error.
Does anybody know how to treat the mosfet as a switch and measure the current that is between the drain and the source in hspice??
Thank you,

hspice mosfet

Using little resistance in series with the drain and source, and measure the resistance's current.

hspice mosfet

you can use
.print isub(xmos.drain) to print current from a subckt port
