I'm trying to simulate random CMOS widths with the widths set to AGAUSS. But even with 50 iterations of Monte Carlo simulation I seem to be getting the same value. i.e. each iteration has the same width as the first one! I haven't seeded it with any initial value could that be a problem?

.tran 0.1ps 50ns sweep MONTE=50

That is the code I used for Monte Carlo. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You

How do you set up the width values with AGAUSS? How is the transistor instance declared? Please provide details.
