Hspice model issue: "difficulty in reading input"

Googled a spice model. But it doesn't work with Hspice 2003.09. It shows "difficulty in reading input" in simulation. The same circuit works with the spice model posted at mosis website.
I am posting part of the model here. what's the problem? It's 49 level and should work in Hspice.

Hi edajason.
Maybe, just maybe, you didn't change all paths to the right one. As you know, there are some places in lib file itself that you should change them to the current path. If this is not the case, send the exact error from lis output file, so we can analyze it better. (Because this library seems OK.)
