convergence in gmath hspice

**error** maximum entry in this column at step 34 (0.000000D+00)
is less than pivtol
no convergence with standard algorithm, trying damped pseudo-transient

*** initial damped pseudo transient completed. ***
*** final try started ***
**diagnostic** no convergence in the final try

no convergence in damped pseudo-transient, trying gmath ramping method

**error** maximum entry in this column at step 34 (0.000000D+00)
is less than pivtol

**diagnostic** no convergence in gmath method gmath= 0.00

**error** no convergence in operating point

what is mean? I made just simple mos circuit using p & n mos.

thanks

convergence in gmath hspice

This is a convergence problem. Maybe you have some high impedance node in your circuit.

just try .option gmindc=<value>
then se if it will converge

Decrease gmindc is not a good mothod because it also decrease precision.
I usually use UIC for tran anaysis
