Does anyone know how to use the flicker noise model in hspice ?
I'm now using TSMC 0.35um CMOS process, and flicker noise model for 3V and 5V devices is included from model file. But when I tried to varied the KF and AF factor (NLEV=3) of the model file (hspice flicker noise model level 3 based), the outputs noise voltage showed no difference. (even KF=AF=0 didn't change the output noise voltage at all). Sholud there be any option needed to be turned on or off for running noise analysis ??? Especially flicker noise ...

Actually it doesn't make much difference. Kf is about 10e-25,-27.

According to the value I check from TSMC's document, it makes a big difference !!! Especially, for low frequency down to ~kHz or even lower.
