I have HP 2200 D laser printer that is trying to duplex all of the time. Does anyone know what the problem is? I have deleted the printer and then reinstalled the printer in XP and it did not work. I wondered if there is a manual reset on the printer or something.

Please help.

Thanks,

Rich

Re: HP 2200D Printer Problems - Trying to Duplex all of the

I do not know about HP 2200 but this seems to be a software problem, in principle, the remedies are as followed:

1. Check carefully all settings in Printer Preferences and Printer Properties. Make sure all properly.

2. Check for any update of the software on HP website. HP gives out the very good support for downloading.

3. Contact your local HP service / or contact HP support online - you are welcome over there. HP people are very nice and helpful.
