how to write SPICE tool

some book like pascal_in_science_engineer have some program can sovle circuit
, but I am interesting in Spice tool , I can get spice source code and compiler
it , but I still did not know how it can work ?
Have any textbook analysis SPICE engine ? I find in_side_spice talk about some
algorithm in spice , but I want to know much more . who can help me ?
