How to write a c program to configure dns server in fedora?

Why do you need A c PROGRAM TO CONIFGURE dns SERVER IN FEDORA, I GUESS IT will be btter if you config the dns file in /etc folder

Added after 1 minutes:

edit /etc/resolv.conf add records add a DNS name what ever you want to do, do there
