How to wake up PC via port WOL on board?

Hi there,

I would like to wake up my pc via WOL port on my motherboard.Should i apply special signal to WOL? Or only apply high signal to WOL?

It just needs at 5V pulse to wake up.

WOL needs a positive pulse to wake-up, WOM needs a negative one. The power button usually also uses a negative one but this has needs to be verified.
