Hello everybody,
this is my first post in this forum.
I'm trying to discretize a continious doping profìle in sentaurus SNMESH, but after running SNMESH, i can't get any concentration.
I use Sprocess to create a simple silicon cuboid with uniform doping to be my structure, ND=1020 (cm-3).
And use SNMESH to use the RandomizeDoping tool to get the randomized doping, like Sentaurus mesh generation user guide.

Can anyone tell me how to get the correct randomized doping ?
