How to use inportb,inport, outport commands for ppi in win32

ppi in win 32 app

the command in c : inportb, inport,outport are not for win 32
what should i do to use these command for ppi program?

if u are using visual c 6.0 use _inp,_outp,_inpw etc this work only in win9x

operating system .or use tools from the follwoing web.
