JELU sells Nokia 6610 color LCDs:
www.jelu.se/shop/product_info.php?currency=EUR&cPath=1_29&products_id=55

Nokia 6610 graphic 256-color LCD (131*131 pixel).
For use with yampp-7 (Rev.E), and yampp-3/U (Rev. E), or any other project where you need an extremely cool LCD that's easy to interface.

This color LCD is controlled by Philips PCF8833:

Hi,
some info you have to know:

there are two suppliers of nokia 3310 lcd's - phillips and seiko.
my friend (repairing engineer) told me that phillips's made lcds are sux, and
nokia have lost a lot of money for this reason.
Good Luck.
