its not clear ... What are you going to do? Filezilla project - its 2 programs ... client and server ....
is your sim900 module conncted to Internet by cell phone network?

hi
my main objective is to send an image from a c program in computer to the sim900 module so that it will send that image as mms to a phone number and m totally blank about it
plz help me

Ok ... You have SIM module, do you have SIM card for your SIM module and microcontroller? and how are you going to send file from your computer to microcontroller with SIM900 module?
are you going to use USB connection between computer and microcontroller with SIM900? I dont understand where are you going to use FTP connection.
Only you can use ftp ... if your microcontroller will connect ISP and its can send a file to your ftpserver which you can install on your computer /but computer must be connected to Internet/

First you need to learn serial communication protocols ... next you need to buy USB-to-RS232 TTL adapter
