how to use CD4060B oscillator??URGENT!!

HI, everybody, i would like to use CD4060B oscillator to control my stepper motor.......i have no idea of how to use it......
can anyone here give me a sample circuit??
 

try read this datasheet for CD4060 inside got the samples for you
