How i can use the usb memory pen in win98 os.
any driver files needed ?

It is possible to use an USB stick in Win98SE (SE!). A mass storage driver is usually available from the manufacturer. If they don't provide a driver you can try to use Microsoft's generic driver (I think from the DDK?). The only thing you have to do is to adjust vendor-ID and product-ID in the INF-file. At least that worked for me some times ago ...
