How to use a PCI Goldfinger?

Hi,

How can i use PCI golfinger, i.e, how can i utilize the interrupts, dmas, etc, using a compiler, for exemple, a C++ one? i thinking about in use the PC/104, advantech... Any help i'll be thankfull.
