how to use an eight pin relay
sorry i don't understand what is coil pin, yup i found it like this
(1)o (2)o (3)o <=== three pin, two of them normally connected
(4)o (5)o <=== the other two pins
how to use it? which pin is usually for output? i found it was pin 1 and pin 3 is formerly connected, and then pin 2 and pin 4 also formerly connected, i measured it with a multimetre.please tell me "how it work", and if i compare it with another relay which have 8 pin, i know something, please tell me the similar function of 5 pin and 8 pin.
the 8 pin :
(1)o (2)o (3)o (4)o
(5)o (6)o (7)o ('8')o
in the 8 pins 12 v relay i found it pin 1 and pin 5 formerly connected, and i know that how to use the 8 pins one, erm.. sometime ago i used it like this.
i connected the 12 volt from power supply to pin 1 and pin 5, and then for the output i can take it from whether pin 2 or pin 6, and then in the pin 3 and pin 7 i gave it 12 v ac, then pin 4 and pin 8 i gave it 12 v dc, if i disconnected ac current, the output will took source from dc current from pin 4 and pin 8 because the relay will changed the connection.
what is the similar between the 5 pin relay and the 8 pin relay, how to use it,
on my 5 pins relay it's wrote :
743H-1A-C
COIL - 6VDC
10A 120VAC <-- is this the limit that allowed?
10A 24VDC <-- is this the limit that allowed?
thank you very much for the help, sorry i used broken english >_< , hope everyone can understand my english, thanks ^^
