After adding new parameter with pPar("my_param") in the schematic, this does not automatically added to the symbol.
What I did so far is I delete the current symbol and create a new one.

Is there any way to make the symbol automatically updated?

Tools>CDF_Editor is where you'd add properties
to the list for an existing symbol.

It's a tricky UI with essential checkboxes that will
screw you if not done right (like, you get the
defaulted "view" as something other than the
"Base" which actually changes the symbol, and
if left as-is you'll lose your changes). Good idea
to read that bit of documentation.

Close data and refresh.
What is the virtuoso version?
Has parameter appeared in cell CDF?
IC 6.1.8
The new parameters appear in CDF. But I prefer not to do it manually.

Thank you for your suggestion.
I have changed them manually before.
But I prefer not to do it that way anymore.
