How to uninstall Internet Explorer?

I got all sorts of spyware that will pop up a new Internet Explorer every few minutes. I am currently using a FireFox hoping to avoid the problem. I need to uninstall this stupid Internet Explorer. Does anyone know how? I can't seem to uninstall from Control Panel.
 

You can not uninstall IE because IE is a basic tool under Windows.
I recommend you to install some Anti-SpyWare software to get rid of spyware. Try AdWare, maybe this will help you.
