How to test the IC having part no. " XXXX " ?

First check IC type and pinout from datasheet.

A circuit for testing Op_Amp IC`s.

thanks a lot

can i test any type of Op-amp IC with this testing circuit ?

what these points are in this diagram ? https://obrazki.elektroda.pl/29_1319651493.jpg

can you please specify the IC's pin nos. in these testing circuits diagrams ?

thanks

Yes , all normal types

what these points are in this diagram ?

Point for measuring output signal with voltmeter or scope.

Look 3 small pictures for standard pinouts.
Pinout can vary by different types so allways check from datasheet

These are the pins in test circuits............

in the diagram you provided the 5 pin configuration of an op-amp
but the part has 8 pins , so , for what the remaining three pins are ?

thanks, great reply though

The opamp on question is a dual opamp chip, there are two pins which are the common power supply and three pins for each of the two opamps (+input, -input and output)
.
Refer to the datasheet of post #2.
