Just add a pulse VDD ,and see the output whether a desired pulse generated?

Anyone can help?

Thanks.

Added after 39 seconds:

Should I add a capacitor as a load on the pcb ?

there are many chara. to test.
such as trans. dc. temp, power and so on.

The most missed one:

Transient ramp VDD up and down with very wide scale of speed (1ms-1ns). Also partly ramp down below the threshold and up again. I have seen many POR which fail at some time scale.

By the way ,when test a pcb,how to test the temperature effects?
