How to test a bandgap circuit?

Just add VDD,and see the output whether it equals 1.25v?

The bandgap circuit is little dependent on temprature, then how to change the temprature when test ?

Should I add capacitors on the output pad?

Thanks.

ac, dc, pssr, power, temp, .....

Dear holddreams,
How do you simulate these critical parameters in circuir level? I think you just do the same thing in pcb testing. E.g, to test temperature character of the bandgap, you can test the output voltage under variable temperature, generally from low temperature -10 degree to high temperature 80 degree according to application requiest, is there any problem?

More detailed information, you can refer to related papers & articles.

Thanks for philipwang.
How can I get variable temperature when test ?for example ,0 to 80 degree?

I think you should test the temp. coefficient, line regulate, load regulate &psrr

You can test dc spec. in (chamber )oven.
You can change temperature setting ,and measuren it.
You can decide the temp range by application environment.(-40~80 or 0~80 or -40~150..)

These devices should pass high-temperature and low-temperature experiment,
to get these temperature sperial equipment is needed.
