How to Simulation the noise of OP_AMP using HSPICE(1/f noise and thermal noise)?

Use an .AC analys together with .NOISE. As long as your transistor models has noise parameters.

Thanks !
but my transistor models has no noise parameters.

ye~~~
I have the same question~~~

hi,is there any other way to do it?

Well in that case the only noise contributions in your circuit cames from the resistors in the circuit. I'm not sure if the simulator makes an estimation of the noise contribution from the transistor model, but one thing is sure the fliker and burst noise needs some "K" coefficients that your model do not have.

If I were you I would try to simulate the circuit with some other transistor model that have noise parameters. The result will not be accurate but would allow an estimation of the noise contribution that cames from the transistor. You can also compare the two simulations, with and without the transistor noise.

Hope that helps.
