could you tell me how to simulate tranfer curve of pipeline ADC single stage
in Spectre?

I think you could make the input voltage increase linearly with the time. But it may takes a lot of simulation time.

i think u should use behavior model to do that.
cause in actual pipeline design, clock is needed, so u won't get those
ideal curve instead u will get some slot curve.
 

use the Vpwl source in analogLib to generate the input signal and do tran analysis, the output of the MDAC would be the way you want.
