vco ac

Dear all :

I want to simulate the VCO(the delay cell is fully differential type) ac response, but I don't have any idea to do that.
Can I use the method of the fully differential op to do the simulation?
Where can I find the fully differential op simulation method?

pss and pac of spectre

If I want to use the HSPICE to do the simulation, how to setup the circuit and command?

Used feeback theory. You can break the loop and add a testing voltage source and then see the feedback output response for gain and phase. Then check the gain as if bigger than 1 at wanted frequency. If it is, then the circuit is without startup problem.

Yibin.
