Is there a Matlab code (simulation) to insert the effect of the Doppler shift in frequency, due to the mobility of the user in a relaying communication system? if anyone knows how to do it, can you please provide me with the code??

I'm trying to evaluate the system performance in the relaying network, i did it without the effect of the mobility by finding the Bit Error Rate, and now i have to re-evaluate it with the mobility effect, which is related to the Doppler effect, i have never done something that has to do with the Doppler shift, i need to include it in my code to re evaluate the bit error rate with the mobility. This is a code i found but for sounds (wavfile), can i use it for my system? or there is something else for networks?
