How to simulate the device's 1/f noise?

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to setup testbench to simulate MOSFET's 1/f noise and plot Sid(A^2/Hz) vs. Freq(Hz) in cadence?

Besides, how to make a "fair" MOSFET 1/f noise comparison between 2 different processes (say, .25um vs. .35um)?
