How to simulate Shadow Fading (slow fading) in Matlab?

hey guys, I am doing my msc project recently.. I need to simulate DS-CDMA system over shadow fading. Does anyone has any idea how to simulate shadow fading by using Matlab?

U can either use a deterministic model (2,10 ray) or an empirical model (Hata etc)
