How to simulate phase noise using Hajimiri's LTV model

Anybody has the experience of simulating phase noise using Hajimiri's LTV model?How to get the ISF from circuit simulation tool,say Cadence?

I am not sure that Cadence uses Hajimiri's models. Sure, his noise
model makes him famous and got him tons of paper, but it doesn't
means his model is new "standard" and accepted by most people now.

If anyone know any CAD tool can show ISF, please share with us.
That would be interesting. 8)
