how to simulate in ads for nonmodel in it

i simulate a rf system and there are some models not in ads library .then how can i simulate? i don't want to make the model myself. i just want to buy it ,but i don't have it model,what should i do? for example,there is not have the attenuator's model in ads but i have to use it in my simulation! then what can i do ?
