Dear all,

How to simulate AC response of fully differential switched capacitor amplifier?
Because of switched capacitor CMFB circuit, the cmref is need to biased the circuit. That means before ac analysis, transient analysis is used( at lease phi1 and phi2, or one cycle is needed before ac analysis).
Would you help me on this? Any paper address this?

Thx, HK2004

Re: How to simulate AC response of switch capacitor amplifie

I think you have to use a PSS analisys is you want to simulate the amp with the CMFB. PSS will perform a transient simulation (the longest clock period) to find the operating points, and then do small analisys around whose points. You'll find more details in Spectre documentation and at https://www.designers-guide.com, especially the Analisys section.
Hope it helps
