who use ADS ?
pls tell me how to use SDD to module a step recovery diode ,the following is my module formulor ,but it's err:
I want to discript the SRD : i(t)=dQ(t)/dt, Q(t)=CV, where C is the equall capacitor ,V is the voltage between the diode.
