how to give input signal in file format in Proteus

Hello,
i am working on a project of E.C.G machine. I want to simulate the circuit on Proteus, for that i must take the signal as an input through file simulation.
Can anyone guide me how could i take a signal input in the form of File.
Also anyone have information about simulating ECG in Proteus Environment.
