How to setup RFDE (environment setup)

rfde license

I have install Cadence 5141 and RFDE, the oasis license is runing well. But when I run Cadence, I can not see the link to ADS or RFDE. I think there must be some environment setup. Can anyone tell me about it?
 

try running "rfde &" then you will see CIW window.
