How to set technology file for layout in Cadence on Fedora3?

excute me
I have a problem for cadence
I have installed IC5 on fedora3 ,and run licence.
but the icfb only have three option .
first :"File"
second :"Tools"
third :"option"
so how to set Technology file for layout.
last,how to run calibre in cadence.

I hope someone can help me

beacause I spent a lot of time on cadence
but now I still can not use for layout and design

how to set cadence?

you can read from the cadence reference doc about technology file. You can use a tool called technology file manager to create your own technology file. It is not easy. You better get a copy of technology file from others and learn how to write your own one.
