How to sent data to parallel port using inpout.dll in VB?

inpout.dll

Anyone know how to sent the integer to parallel port using inpout.dll in visual basic??
I have tried "Out Val("&H378"),Val(D)" but the system tells "Sub or function not define",anybody knows what is the problem and how can i solve it?

By the way, does anyone know where can i download the MSDN installer?Please kindly point me.Thank you.
