How to send UDP frame using RTL chip?

How to send UDP frame

hello all,

I'm using RTL8019as and 89c51 for sending UDP packet, before that i was able to send ARP reply and ICMP Echo reply, also able to detect and decode UDP but unable to send echo of UDP or any data in UDP format...plz help me...

i'm tring to send echo by just exchaning the DESTINATION and SOURCE MAC and IP in UDP packet...but its not working....

can some one tell the procedure to send UDP frame using RTL chip...
