following example:
128 sample dot in a cycle,50cycle/s,and 8 channel,then:
128*50*8=52100;
yes or no?

Yes.
However, you must allow for some settling time after the mux address is changed. Once the A/D input settling time is satisfied, then the samplre rate you calculated is correct.
