How to repair a board ic solder point

Hi

Does any one have any suggestions on how to repair the solder point for this ic. The solder point is damaged top left in the picture. This is only about 1mm so it is difficult to figuire out how to bridge this.

Working with these tiny components is more akin to surgery. Do you wish to re-flow the solder joint? Then 'piggy-back' sufficient reading eyeglasses on your eyes. Or mount a magnifying glass near the piece. Use a soldering iron of low enough Watts so it doesn't char everything within 1/8 inch.

There are times I've wound a length of copper wire around my 100W soldering iron tip. It carries enough heat to do small work.

What I have pictured is how easily I could dab a little bit of conductive paste on such a tiny fracture. On the internet are instructions for mixing a home-brew concoction. Or, purchase CIrcuitWorks conductive silver epoxy, or silver pen. The commercial paste is expensive and has a limited shelf life.

Photo is too blurry to recognize wiring details of the lost pad, but I presume you can solder a wire from IC pin to respective node after mounting the new IC. Hot air and possibly preheating from the bottom side required to solder exposed pad.
