How to remove comment in HDL turbo writer?

Hi, There:
I'm using turbo writer 6.0e. There is one function of commenting out a section of code. But i can't find the inverse function of removing the comment. It's very inconvenient. In ultraedit we can easily comment/decomment codes. Can anyone familiar with this software tell me whether this is a function limitation or it is embedded somewhere.

Do we need to buy the HDL turbo writer? Is it a freeware?
