For example, if I would like a unity gain buffer implemented by a OPamp.
And I want the THD of this buffer is 60dB at 100KHz. How to define the
requirements of OPamp in terms of ωt, SR, DC gain?

Thanks,

BTW, any expert can suggest the materials or books which talk about this issue.
Because I can't find it in general textbook. Thanks,

Check this book. It has a chapter that deal with that subject.
