hi all

I wanted some ideas on how to rectify oscillator/power amp produced signals about 20v, 2A, at about 3Mhz at max?

Thanks

Probably just a decent low capacitance, low (or zero)
reverse recovery time diode if you can stand to lose a
volt of amplitude. Like a power Schottky. If you need
to linearize the Vrect vs Venvelope for signal purposes
an op amp with a similar diode in feedback can help
(I*R skews aside).
