how to read schematics

I want to know how to read and analyze schematic diagram. Help me pls.

how to read schematic diagram

Simple solution.
Download any trial version of schematics software. There is a built in manual as well as examples. try to study it.
There r DIY projects in the magazines & on the net. There is description of circuit diagram along with schematics & even pcb layout. Just read them, u will understand about schematics.

how to read a schematic diagram

You can't do it from the beginning without solid rock electronic acknowledges.
Before reading a schematic you need to know precise and without any doubt:
- what is a transistor and how it wotks (bipolar, cmos, JFET, MOSFET etc)
- what is a resistor and how is completely dimensionded
- what is a capacitor and how it works in AC and DC
- basic differences between a curent and a voltage generator
- basic theorems: ohm law, kirchoff law, superposition law
- how must be read a datasheet

After you know all the steps above try the followings:
- download ALL datasheet for active components involved in schematic and read them carefully
- start understand small schematics developed by others, which have good written explanation about how it works
- try to make corellations between portion of your schematics and those already explained schematics

You need 5 to 10 years to become a real electronic engineer (not a puppets doing electronics mecanically)and another 10 to apply what you've learned in school. The next 10 yeras you have to keep informed yourself with all new stuff in electronics which appear everyday.

how to read a circuit diagram

Well if you know something about electronic, you can use some of the softweres (spice, etc...) Otherwise, I dont think it would be wery helpfoul... Electronic is not simple as it can look... If you know how to swich on light, you still donk know how it works. It would be like you ask me to tell you how to be a brain surgeon...
