how to put isolation resistor between two layers in hfss

hi every1, i want to put isolation resistor between two layers of a multilayer structure. while designing i put cylinder of radius of .2 mm which can act as resistor as per that electronic letter but want to know how we can assign 100 ohm value to that cylinder which will act as resistor. plz help me out...
