how to probe MOS current at some specific level in Hspice?

I want to probe current at some level,
if i use .probe I(*), all device current are probed
if i use .option posttop=2, only source current can be probed as .probe is not allowed.
any suggestion to probe only device current at top 2 level?
thanks!
