I'm not sure which version you're using but most packages do this the same way - - you will probably need to go into the options section of either the print command or the export command (may be called something else in your package - but it is what you would select when you want to output gerber files, etc.) If this gets you to the right place then just select only the layer which you wish to print and turn all others OFF.
